EZPZ Trading Partner Program - Terms of Service

Welcome to the EZPZ Trading Affiliate Income Sharing Program. By signing up as an affiliate partner, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Affiliate Eligibility

To participate in the EZPZ Trading Affiliate Program, you must be 18 years or older and comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Account

Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link that tracks referrals made through your link. You are responsible for keeping your account information, including login credentials, secure. Any activity conducted through your account will be your responsibility.

3. Affiliate Commission

As an affiliate, you will earn a commission based on sales generated through your unique affiliate link.

• Commission Rate: You will earn 30% of the revenue generated from the sale of any product or service on the EZPZ Trading platform through your affiliate link.
• Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis via PayPal or other payment methods agreed upon.
• Lifetime and Subscription Products: For lifetime memberships, you will receive a one-time payment. For subscription products, you will receive recurring commissions for up to 12 months from the first payment.

4. Coupon Code Usage

As an affiliate, you may distribute discount codes to your audience. However, EZPZ Trading reserves the right to limit the discount percentages available for certain products and services. Misuse of coupons may result in suspension or termination of your affiliate account.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for promoting EZPZ Trading in a legal, ethical, and professional manner. Your promotional methods must not mislead, deceive, or violate any applicable law. You must not:

• Engage in any form of spamming, phishing, or unauthorized use of third-party platforms.
• Use your affiliate link in any way that harms the reputation of EZPZ Trading LLC.
• Falsely represent your affiliation with EZPZ Trading.

6. Compliance with Advertising Guidelines

As an affiliate, you are required to comply with all applicable advertising and marketing regulations, including but not limited to:

• FTC Guidelines: Disclose your affiliate relationship with EZPZ Trading in all promotional content, including blog posts, social media, and emails.
• Advertising Standards: Do not make false claims or guarantees about potential earnings from EZPZ Trading’s products or services.

7. Termination

EZPZ Trading reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, without notice, for breach of this agreement or for any actions that harm EZPZ Trading's reputation. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions, and your affiliate link will no longer track sales.

8. Intellectual Property

All promotional materials provided by EZPZ Trading, including logos, banners, and marketing content, are the exclusive property of EZPZ Trading. You may only use these materials in compliance with these terms. Unauthorized use may result in termination of your affiliate account.

9. Confidentiality

As an affiliate, you may have access to confidential information, including but not limited to marketing plans, business strategies, and coupon codes. You agree to keep all such information confidential and not to use it for any purpose outside of this affiliate program.

10. Limitations of Liability

EZPZ Trading is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability will not exceed the total commissions earned by you.

11. Modifications to the Terms

EZPZ Trading reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the affiliate program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

13. Miscellaneous

• Non-Transferability: Your affiliate account is personal to you and may not be transferred to any third party without the prior written consent of EZPZ Trading.
• Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and EZPZ Trading regarding the affiliate program.

By signing up for the EZPZ Trading Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service.
